From our trading roots we have gone from strength to strength and now have two showrooms and a large distribution warehouse making us one of West Yorkshires leading independents. With over 40 years of trading, you can feel safe in the knowledge that when dealing with Modern Living you are dealing with a company you can trust.

We have a team of sales advisors waiting to take your call. All our sales advisors have completed at least one year’s training within our retail store and receive regular in-store refresher training, this ensures they have hands on experience of all our products and can advise you on what product best suits your needs.
