They don't give customer receipts according to Michael Mcdonald so rang them up for a receipt in which they rang Michael Mcdonald who was the carpet fitter to be rang back by the above-mentioned to be given the height of racial abuse. Rang these back who were not interested at all. Would not deal with them ever again and still no receipt so I have been ripped off for my money, how they treat people with disabilities.

I was so excited to be getting new carpets! 2 nice gentleman came to do the job. Nice and polite, as a disabled lady I was worried about all the furniture being moved. But the men moved what needed to be moved and had the carpet down with a few hours. Quick and easy done. I am thrilled with my new carpets.
