As well as carpet, T.C.M can supply other types of flooring including Laminates, Vusta LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile), Engineered Board (wood veneer on marine ply). We also have a wide range of vinyls from manufacturers inlcuding Tarkett, Rhinofloor, Leoline and Forbo Nairn. Laminate Flooring is a cost–effective alternative to Real Wood Flooring and comes in a range of natural tones including Oak, Elm, Beech and Walnut.
Vusta Flooring specialise in the production of high quality Luxury Vinyl Flooring (LVT). LVT is specially manufactured with durability in mind as the toughened surface can effectively resist damage along with general wear and tear. The hardwearing and easy to clean nature of this type of flooring means you can rest assured that your vinyl flooring will retain its aesthetic appeal for many years to come.
Engineered board is, quite simply, a timber board which consists of more than one layer. By placing each layer so that the grain runs perpendicularly it becomes virtually impossible for the timber to swell or shrink with changes in humidity and so it dramatically increases the stability. The top layer of an engineered board is solid wood, usually hardwood, and may be anything from 2 to 6mm thick. The advantage of Engineered Board is that the way it is manufactured helps to prevent bowing, warping, cupping or gapping (gaps between the planks).
