We aim to answer your enquiry as soon as possible but please bear in mind that we will probably be working on-site or visiting customers. If we do not answer your call, please leave a message with your name and number and we will contact you as soon as we can.

Then the usual procedure is for one of us to pay you a visit and inspect the floors in question. We will discuss with you the options of the various treatments, repairs, possible problems, and the order in which the job will be carried out. We will need to work out the quote in the office before sending it out to you by email. Sometimes it may be possible to give you a quote if you are able to send pictures of the floor although some flooring repairs are best looked at in situ.

Once you accept our quotation we will arrange with you a date on which to carry out the work. Unless there are unforeseen circumstances on either side, we will turn up on the agreed date and at the agreed time. If we are held up for any reason we will phone you straight away to let you know that we are running late, even if it's only 15 minutes. Rest assured that we will never leave you waiting, not knowing what's happening.
