LondonVaclav has completed our floor and it looks fantastic! Vaclav's quote was extremely competitive, the finished results look awesome, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. As soon as we posted he agreed to come to see our property to review, which we liked because we knew there would be no hidden costs if the quote was based on a viewing. He even gave us advice during the viewing about the type of varnish to use, and what to expect the finished results to look like. During the whole process he was very proactive in his communication, sending us pictures, keeping us informed. There was no need to chase him, instead we were updated the whole way through (which we find is quite a rare experience!). He was extremely reliable, texting us the night before, arriving early, telling us when he was leaving and when we could walk on the floors. Very prompt, very professional. He worked extremely hard. And the floor is way beyond our expectations, the wood looks beautiful! I'll definitely be calling Vaclav if we need any other floors to be sanded and varnished and will certainly be recommending him to other people!
